Our return policy

We truly hope that you love your COCO&NUTS pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to make a return, please read the return policy below before proceeding.

Returns must be registered within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. As a customer, you have the right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005:59). In the event of a dispute, we comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

Returned items must be unused, with all safety tags and hygiene stickers attached and intact, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Items that are worn, damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may be rejected and returned to the customer.

How to make an exchange?

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please register your exchange via our return portal:

Exchange shipping costs are not covered by COCO&NUTS.

Exchanges must be registered within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Please note that exchange items are shipped once the original item has been returned and received at our warehouse. If your exchange is time-sensitive, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item instead.

For customers outside the EU, we kindly ask you to return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

How to make a return?

Once your return is registered, you will receive a separate email with further instructions and your QR code/ return label. This usually only takes a few minutes, but in some cases it may take up to one (1) business day.

We do not cover return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs:
Sweden: 79 SEK
EU: 150 SEK
Rest of the world: 250 SEK

How to make a claim?

If you’ve received a defective item or the wrong product (wrong size, color, or style), please register a claim via our return portal and follow the steps provided:

Please make sure to upload clear photos of the issue and select the claim option when submitting your request.

Once your claim has been submitted, we’ll get back to you via email with further instructions. Claims are usually handled within 1–2 business days, but during high-volume periods it may take up to five (5) business days.

If your claim is approved and the item needs to be returned, we strongly recommend keeping the tracking number and proof of postage until the matter is resolved.
