• What You Need To Know

    We hope that you love your new Coco&Nuts items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following before you proceed:

    Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods, according to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59). In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

    Please note that the product must be returned in original shape, unused, with sanitary stickers, and in original packaging including all tags. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.  We recommend trying on bottoms over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

    If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please read "How to make a claim" below.

  • How To Make a Return

    If you would like to make a return, please click here  to proceed and you will be directed to our service for returns. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the return tab at the top. When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.

    Please note the following:
    - We do not stand for the return shipping cost* and it will be deducted from your refund.
    - We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.
    - When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

     * The return shipping cost is:

    Sweden: 70 SEK

    EU: 150 SEK

    Rest of the world: 250 SEK

  • How To Make An Exchange (For Customers within Sweden and the EU)

    If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our service for exchanges. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the exchange tab at the top.

    When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.

    Please note the following:
    - We will not cover the shipping cost.
    - We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

    For customers outside the EU who wish to make an exchange, please click here to proceed with a return and then place a new order on the desired items.

  • How To Make A Claim

    If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entierly (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please click here and follow the steps on our service to make a claim. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect and choose the claim tab at the top.

    When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a seperate email with further shipping instructions.
