All orders are shipped worldwide with an approximate delivery time of 2-7 business days.
Please note at times unexpected delays may occur which COCO&NUTS has no control over and is not responsible for.
All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched the following business day. Please advise of a phone number when ordering. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed through our website.
Please note we can not ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.
If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.
COCO&NUTS is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY
All orders are provided with a COCO&NUTS return form please fill in the order number and reason for your return/exchange and send it back to us together with your purchase.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize the return.
Items must leave customer´s hands within 14days of receiving their purchase to action a refund or store credit for exchange.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms & tops) and in original packaging including all tags.
We recommend trying on bottoms over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Items marked “sale” or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for a refund.
All Final Sale items cannot be returned for an exchange, no exceptions. Any Final Sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
COCO&NUTS will not be held liable for any lost returns and we strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.
The cost involved in returning an item to COCO&NUTS will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility.
COCO&NUTS is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s.
All returns will be processed within 5 business days. Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via email and provided a credit note.
In the unlikely event that your swimwear arrives damaged please contact us immediately at email@example.com with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you right away.
Please note COCO&NUTS reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
