DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped worldwide with an approximate delivery time of 2-7 business days. 

If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do so within the time specified in the notification, normally “14” days. Packages shall normally be retrieved personally with valid identification and order number. The Customer will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package shall be picked-up or received. The notification may be made by e-mail, ordinary mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone or SMS. COCO&NUTS is entitled to charge the Customer a fee of 100 SEK if the package is not retrieved.

Please note at times unexpected delays may occur which COCO&NUTS has no control over and is not responsible for.  

All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched the following business day. Please advise of a phone number when ordering.  Orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed through our website. 

Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery. 

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. 

Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

COCO&NUTS is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

 

RETURN POLICY 

All orders are provided with a COCO&NUTS "Return form" please fill in the order number and reason for your return and send it back to us together with your purchase. 

Items must leave customer´s hands within 14 days of receiving their purchase to action a refund.

Please note that the product must be returned in original shape, unused, with sanitary stickers, and in original packaging including all tags. 

We recommend trying on bottoms over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

COCO&NUTS will not be held liable for any lost returns and we strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.

COCO&NUTS is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return item/s.

All returns will be processed within 5 business days. Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via email that confirms your return and refund.

In the unlikely event that your swimwear arrives damaged please contact us immediately at info@cocoandnuts.co with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you right away.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product, please make a return on the items you wish to exchange following the guidelines above and place a new order on desired item.   

COCO&NUTS is not responsible for the shipping costs of your exchange item/s. 

Please note COCO&NUTS reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
