    All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, within the EU.
  • What Shipping Methods do we Offer?

    Sweden - DHL Standard shipping (Usually between 2-3 business days)

    Rest of the world - DHL Express (Usually between 2-5 business days)

  • When Do we Ship your Order?

    Generally orders are dispatched the following business day after order is confirmed.
  • How can I Track My Order?

    After your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.
  • Duties & Taxes:

    EU

    Parcels are shipped from within the EU (Sweden), meaning no customs duties are incurred.

    International/Non-EU

    Customs duties and/or VAT may apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Coco & Nuts is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

  • What will The Process Be In case a Parcel Is Rejected On Its Arrival?

    If a parcel is not claimed or is rejected/refused by the receiver for any reason - DHL or the relevant carrier will return this parcel to Coco & Nuts. Consequently there will be a fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
  • Can I Calculate Taxes/Duties Before Delivery?

    We do not have the ability to estimate taxes prior to delivery. But below are some helpful links.
