Shipping policy

All orders are shipped worldwide with an approximate delivery time of 2-7 business days. 

If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do so within the time specified in the notification, normally “14” days. Packages shall normally be retrieved personally with valid identification and order number. The Customer will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package shall be picked-up or received. The notification may be made by e-mail, ordinary mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone or SMS. COCO&NUTS is entitled to charge the Customer a fee of 100SEK if the package is not retrieved.

Please note at times unexpected delays may occur which COCO&NUTS has no control over and is not responsible for.  

All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched the following business day. Please advise of a phone number when ordering.  Orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed through our website. 

Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery. 

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. 

Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.
